She carried a white Bible topiicd by a spray of gardenias and bouvardia with a shower of white streamers. Shir ley Ann Van Natta, sister of the bride, was maid of honor and wore a blue-grey suit with black accessories and a corsage of gar denias. Charles Clark was best man. A reception followed. For traveling the bride wore a moss green suit with black top coat and black accessories. HAS INTERESTING SESSION Members of the Roseburg Busi ness and Professional Women's Club held their first meeting of me rew year last Monday eve ning at the club rooms of the Armory. Women are employed in every I activity of the world today, even j in the military forces, the Influ- ence of these women can be I very strong if they are unified, j it is therefore imperative that I every club attemnting to carry a! democratic viewpoint must have representatives ol every vocation' which women work, in order that their compositie decisions may be as democratic as we want the nation to be. A letter from International Fed eration was read, showing that the rehabilitation of the interna tional clubs was in progress but very slow due to so many hard ships entailed by the war. Every duo in the country is being an ijealrd to, to help in every way possible, even to packing indi vidual boxes of clothing and lood.
