Drive Directors
In Douglas Listed
Committees for the infantile
paralysis fund drive, starting to
morrow in Douglas county, were
named today by Roy Sunderland,
chairman of the Douglas county
chapter of the National Founda
tion for Infantile Paralysis. The
drive will be started In the vari
ous churches of Roseburg by the
ministers ana wm re continued
until the end of January by other
organizations.
Outstanding in the events of the
drive will be the ball at the Rose
burg armory, sponsored by the
Lions club and the Lariv t.lnns
in honor of the President of the
United States, who Is the world's
most noteworthy victim of the
disease. This dance will be Jan
uary 29.
