To Open on Sept. 25 The second annual membership campaign for the Roseburg Com munity Concert association will open Monday, September 25, ut a 0:30 dinner at the Hotel Ump qua to be attended by officers of the association and tliu campaign workers, according to an an nouncement by the president, Miss Gladys H. Strong. I The campaign is open to all I former members as well as to all persons Interested In joining the association, which sponsors a group of concerts in Kuscuurg during the year, at which time world-famous artists are present ed. Mrs. A. R. Lundeen will act as headquarters secretary at the chaml.er oi commerce office dur ing the campaign week from Sent. 25 to Sept. 30. No mem berships will be taken after the closing dale until the fall of 1945. All persons in the county desir ing to join the association to at. tend these concerts and who are not contacted by any of the cam paign workers, are asked to s.'e Mrs. Lundeen at the chumber of commerce office. The association guarantees at least three concerts lor the season. Last year four were pre sented.
