(AP) (AP) Next Tuesday is the dead line for filing completed referen dum petitions against laws pass ed by the 1943 legislature, the ef fect of such petitions being to postpone the effective date of such laws until the people can vote on them in the 1944 general election. Petitions are beipg distributed against two measures, which would restrict the sale of fortified wines to liquor stores and levy a tax on pinball games.
