Poppies Made By Vets Here To Be Sold Over Oregon The poppies which will be dis tributed by tlte American Legion auxiliary on Poppy days this week have been made by patients In the Veterans hospital at Rose burg according to Mrs. J. M. Judd, poppy chairman for the Roseburg unit. These RoscbUrg-made poppies will be wortt in every section of our state to which they have been shipped, she reports. Patients were paid one and one half cents each for making the poppies and the jnen in the Rose burg hospital earned" $900 lnvthis way.
