The boys of the Christian church arc having their confer ence at Fir Point this week. They are sponsored by the "99 club" which Is formed by the men of the Christian church. The boys are of the ages from nine years on up, and there arc about sixty five in attendance. Mrs. Fred York and son, Don nle, returned to Portland Satur day. Mrs. York has been here the past few weeks taking care of her mother, Mrs. Joe Jones, who is seriously 111 in hpr home. Mrs. York expects to return in about two weeks. 1 ' Mr. and Mrs. Albert Jones of Mcdford visited at the Joe Jones home Saturday and Sun day.
