CHAS. A. EDWARDS It Is only as men escape from the narrow bondage of divisive, selfish interests and lose themselves In devotion to a larger goal of common hu man fellowship that any can have any hope of securing enough of those things that satisfy the basic wants of life. Whatever else the kingdom of God means It clearly must moan the complete .fulfillment of God's will among men. It is when we put first in our aims, the well-being of our neighbors, when we resolve to seek together the securing of those goods that all men want, when we are more eager to share the goods we have with others than we are to increase our individual store. When we become more concerned for a fair sharing of whatever goods are wnhin our common reach, than we are for any momentary advantage we our selves might secure, then we may begin to hope that we may possess and enjoy the goods that we need to satisfy our wants. The little that we have is multiplied as we share it with others. The things that we seek together grow richer and sweeter through our shar ing in their quest.
