to and including July 9, 1941, for
the transportation of pupils of
the Non-High School District and
Union High School District No.
5 of Douglas County, Oregon, to
high schools of the following
named districts in said County,
and for the hereinalter named
established transportation routes,
to-wit:
District No. 4 Roseburg
Wilbur Route approximately
15 miles one way, 3b passenger
bus required.
Bids for next ensuing 5 years
requested.
District No. 8 Canyonvllle
Gazley Route Sedan only re.
quired.
Bids for ensuing 1 year res
quested.
Each successful bidder will be
required to furnish a motor bus
which will periodically pass State
Police Inspection and which will
conform to all rules and regula
tions of the Public Utilities Com
mission of the State of Oregon.
Each successful bidder will be
required to furnish, at his own
expense, public liability and pro
perty damage Insurance policies,
acceptable to the County Educa
tion Board, in accordance witli
the number of pupils to bi

will be awarded In each case to
the lowest bidder deemed re
sponsible by the County Educa
