EDWARDS The most fundamental ques tion of all is this: "Is there a God?" And next in importance Is another: How can I know God. In the Bible the existence of God is everywhere assumed. I heard once of a minister who preached a series of sermons to prove the existence of God. When he had finished the sc ries one of the most intelli gent of his listeners said to him: "I have followed your sermons with Interest and de spite all you have said, I still believe there is a God." This might be a whimsical remark, but there is a lot of sense in it. Another question that goes to the core of the subject is: Do I really want to find God? Or, to put It In a better form: Do I wish to put myself In the way of being found by God. Radio is still a good deal of a mys tery to most of us. The more selective the receiver the more perfect ly the result Is accomplished. Lift this into the realm of the spiritual. Sensitive souls know God by mystic communion, through public worship and private devotion. If any man has ears to hear, let him hear what the spirit saith. Amen.
