$45,000 in Road Job Suit

Homer Johnson, road contractor,
brought suit against the state in
superior court Monday for $15,000
which he alleges Is due him for';
a contract in connection with lm-
provenienl on the secondary high
way between Scavicw and Ocean
Park in Pacific county.
Johnson's complaint said his
contract was to furnish materials
from Houeynian quarry, but in-1
steail the slate required him to
provide materials from another
source, which caused him addi
tional expense.
