Tbe most outstanding event of the celebration week will bo a no-hostess six-thirty o'clock dinner to be held Thursday night at the Hotel Hose, to which oil members ure urged to attend. The National Federation of Busi ness and Professional Women's clubs is 25 years old and the na tional anil the National Diisiness Women's week is 13 years old. The week has become absorbed into the federation fiber and It is looked up on as one of the outstanding pub licity events of the year. It is a Mtmulus to program interpreta tion and to membership stabiliza tion and gains coming us it does in October, it is the springboard for launching the clubs' Intensive work for the winter. The 1910 topic Is "Iliisinpss Wom m in a liemocrncy, Vote." The theme fits in neatly with the pro gram book for the year entitled, ".Making Democracy Work," and emphasizes the fact that one of the most important methods for mak ing democracy work Is to vote.
