A membership drive now Is under way to enlarge the organization, and it is expected that the availability of funds to e loaned for tho purpose of milking Installations will rosult la an im mediate increase in tho use of the facilities. Tho HKA, which loaned 5132,000 for construction of tho transmis sion system, has furnished the ad ditional sum of S3, 500 for Installa tion loans.
