SMORGASBORD PARTY TO BE DELIGHTFUL AFFAIR OF FRIDAY One of the most charming and Interesting events of the week will be the Smorgasbord supper party to be sponsored by St. George's Episcopal guild Friday uighi, July 14, fu the garden of the Perry Smith home, followed by a danc ing parly at the parish hall. The bride has been a resident of this viciniiv most of her life and is a gruduate of Drain high school class of '3S. The Ladies Aid enjoyed a picnic luncheon Thursday afternoon at 1:30 under the trees at the old Abner Riddle home. The afternoon business session was conducted by Maud Grant, president. Visiting at Judd Home Miss Jennie McLeod, of Fargo, N. 1.. is spending a week here visiting at the home of her uncle, J. M. Judd. She has been attending the NEA convention and the Golden Gate fair In San Francisco. Following her visit here. Miss McLeod will go to Tacoma and Seattle to visit en route home to Fargo. Hall and son, Stephen Allen, have returned to their home on Military street, following several weeks vacationing at various points of Interest.
