REBEKAH LODGE ENTERTAINS ODD FELLOWS TUESDAY Roseburg Rebekah lodge No. 41 met Tuesday evening at the l.O. t O.K. hall with Winnie llnwn, noble ' grand, presiding. I'lans were made for the joint installation of new of ficers of the Hebekah lodge and the Odd Fellows lodge to he held at the I.O.O.F. hall at eight o'clock the evening of July 11th. District deputy grand master. Oliver F'lumer. and district deputy grand president, Hutli IMumer. will . preside over the installation cere monies. Velma Herman. The door prize for the evening was won by Merle Henry. Geddes home and visiting the former's two sisters ; and brother, Mrs. Harrle Itooth, Mrs. Stewart Cooper anil Attorney Paul Geddes. Mrs. Ingram was for merly Miss Dorothy Geddes of this city. Her husband, who is manager of the Montgomery Ward store at Red llluff. plans to come to Rose burg Ihis week-end to visit his mother. Mrs. Ilessie Ingram, and to take his family back to California. DANIEL KEOHANE ENTERTAINS NEW BRIDGE CLUB ON WEDNESOAY A new bridge club was organized at a charming one-thirty o'clock dessert-luncheon given .by Mrs. Daniel Keohane at her attractive home on Overlook. BIBLE CLASS WILL NOT MEET MONDAY There will be no meeting of Dr. R. U Dunn's non-denominational Ilible study class next Monday eve ning, but the weekly sessions will resume on July 10 nml continue through July 31st. at which time tbe study of the new covenant will be completed. The class has en Joyed a year of unusual Interest and enjoyment. The attendance bns been exceptionally fine. W.C.T.U. GERRETSEN'S PARENTS CELEBRATE GOLDEN WEDDING ANNIVERSARY IN MEDFORD Mr. and Mrs. Charles Holloway, parents of Mrs. Will H. Gerretsen, of Roseburg, celebrated their fift ieth wedding anniversary at a very enjoyable family affair in Med ford, Sunday. June 1Mb. at the home of their son. W. A. Holloway. Mr. ami Mrs. Holloway were both born in Kngland and were married in the I'nited States a short time after coming to this country. They resided at Hrownsville. Oregon, for over lortv years and for the past l eight years, have made their home in Medford. Mr. und Mrs. Holloway have three daughters and a son: W. A. Holloway and Mrs. Arthur Muse, of Medford. and Mrs. Will II. Orret seii. of Roseburg. and Mrs. D. W.
