(AP) The house passed without oppo sition today the Wagner-Crosser bill to establish a government-supervised pension system for the nation's railroads workers, . 'It now goes to tho senate. Designed to replace the existing railroad retirement act now under railroad court attack, too bill would provide: Voluntary retirement privilege at 63 at a monthly pension up to 1120. Privilege of retiring at 60, pro vided applicant has 30 years serv ice, with pension deduction of one-fifteenth for each year under 65. Pension for workers 60 or over who are totally and permanently disabled. Death benefit. Private railroad ponsion rolls would be taken' over and added to the national, government-supervised roll.
