Nightly studies recently at Grif fith observatory have disclosed what seem to be one Immense aud several smaller storms on the plan et possibly dust storms, bigger and worse than those which have inflicted mid-west America. One supposed storm made Itself apparent as a vast, hazy patch, es timated at 1000 miles long nnd 80utaHon miles wide, near the equator or Mars.
