Krohn and Frederick Pecker, both popular members of the Melrose younger set, who were married at six o'clock Tuesday evening at the Presbyterian manse. Rev. W. C Faucette performed the cere mony in the presence of the par ents of both the bride and groom. The bride is the attractive daugh ter of Mr. and Mrs. John Krohn of Cleveland and the groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs, Albert Pecker of Cleveland, where the young people both attended school and aro both graduates of the Rosoburg high school. I Immediately following the mar riage ceremony Mr. nnd Mrs. Pecker left on their wedding trip I to he spent at Crater and Diamond I lakes. I. 1MRIE Melrose. Ore. Put 1 lb. of raw crnnberrleti through medium chopper of food grinder. Add to It Hie Juice of 2 oranges and a little grated rind, IVi cups sugar. Mix nnd put in nil earthen dish and let stand at least 12 hours to blend flavors. Then take a package of orange Jello powder, dissolve in IU cups nf hot water. When it begins to set add the cranberry nnd ornnee mixture and turn Into smull molds. Put In to cold place to set. When ready to servo turn out onto a nest of water cress or lettuce nnd serve with mild mayonnaise. This Is ex cellent with turkey nnd a little different. QUINCE CRANBERRY SAUCE MRS.
