husbands and a group of invited
guests gathered at the home of
Air. and Mru. Carl Lindsay to
honor their t:ou and uaughter-ln
law, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Lindsay Jr.,
of Hosehurg with a miscellaneous
shower. Mr. and Mr,s. Lindsay
ere married at Berkeley, Calif.,
in June.
Mrs. Lindsay Jr., was present
ed with a large bouquet of zinnias
by Mrs. John Husenbark Jr., which
was a cift from Mrs. Kate Reece.
The evening was pleasantly
spent in visiting and playing cards
until ten o'clock when the lovely
gifts were presented to Mr. and
Mrs. Lindsay and the gift packages
opened. At eleven o'clock a lovely
supper was served by Mrs. Lind
say Sr., assisted by several of the
ladies.
Rather an unusual coincidence
of the evening's gathering was

entertain the Myrtle Creek lodge
