We suppose everybody has heard the convention commission has received word that It can have all the beds and bedding It will need for the big rally. This really wa a break. The acquisition of this extra equipment will just about solve the housing situation, so far as organizations are concerned. The commission heaved a great sigh of relief when General Simons' wire was received. If It hadn't have been for another harrowing detail of trouble, some of the om missioiierB might have smlleu for the flrat time In days. If you wish to see something right pretty, step down to Fisher's and look at the drum corps win dow that Walter Fisher and Earl Wisner have arranged. The center at traction Is the famous Clifford W Brown trophy, which goea to the state champion drum corps. It is a beauty. Step down and look at It. Trophies of all sorts will be blos soming out in the windows, of va rious merchants within the next few days. These are mighty fine looking pieces of equipment and will attract much attention. Dr. H. It Is the members of Wis ner's organization who will han dle the Bale of these tickets in Roseburg. They are going at It as If they meant business. In case you don't know It, the 20-30 club Is another civic organization of Rose burn whleh volunteered to give the convention commission any help it eould to put . this big meeting across. They are a flue bunch of young fellows who huve handed themselves together for mutual helpfulness and civic betterment. We don't know as yet what the housing committee has done ab'ut these girls, but we'll bet this kind lady has her hands full dur ing the convention.
