A doctor was called on the phone and assistance given Mrs. Perry by neighbors, as she was too skk to go to town. She is much better at this time. Mr. Davis, a high school teacher from tlymer, Penn., called on Mr. and Mrs. R. W. Dick, Sunday even ing. Mr. Davis had been reared In and near Clymen. which Is also Mr. Dick's home town. He had been sent to Portland by the school board or Clymer to attend the N. K. A. convention held there last week. Homer Dick, a member of the school board, requested Mr. Davis to look up his brother, ft. W. Dick, who.' he was told, lived in Camas Valley near RoBeburg, Oregon. The R. W. Dick family I enjoyed the visit very much sb they had not heard from the broth er's family but from other rela tives and from changes in condi tions and people since R. W. left home over thirty-five years ago. Mr. and Mrs. Marcum and two children from Los Angeles, Calif., are visiting at the Jack Parmtt home and looking after property interests here. They own the place where Mr. and Mrs. Oran Standley live. The Stanford Buell hay baler fin ished baling on the Robert Martin dale place Tuesday evening at six o'clock and left immediately for Melrose where they were due to bale Wednesday morning. Tho lumber mill which was for a time operating on Camas moun tain has been sold to parties at Sixes, Curry county, and has been moved to a tract of timber there. Claude Atherton moved to Sixes Sunday to set up the mill and act us managor. Others who went from here to work In the mill are the Gorley brothers, Peter, IeVl and Philip. M r.
