Three highway patrol officers who once served under the war-time commander as enlisted men, made the complaint. Police Officer Cecil Kilroy of Turlock said he chased the gener al's luxurious, 16-cy Under automo bile as it passed through 'iurlock yesterday. Kilroy declared the car was traveling 4S miles an hour in a 2&-mlle zone. When his siren fail ed to stop the machine. Kilroy telephoned the Modesto patrol of fice.
