Daugherty was sentenced from
Coos county October 1, 1935, for
.10 years. His record shows he has
participated In 11 previous prison
breaks. At the expiration of his 1
sentence here he will be returned I
to Idaho to complete his life term, j
Davis was sentenced to IS years i
imprisonment from Deschutes coun-1
ty June 1, 1935. Poe was received
at the penitentiary July 28, 1932,
from Marlon county.
