Carey (It., Vt'yo.), churged today that the new farm program suggested by farm organizations aud administration leaders was an attempt to keep up the flow of money to farmers until after the election. Carey &aid the new program. hinging on payment of benefits to funnels for soil conservation, was "getting right back where they were before.
