Lusk of the Mult- nossah county circuit bench nag been, assigned to this county to hear the case of Mrs. Emma Fow ler, former city treasurer, charg ed with larceny of public funds. Judge Lusk will take the place of Judge J. W. Knowles, against whom defense attorneys filed an affidavit of prejudice. Judge Knowles will fill Judge Lusk's posi tion In Portland.
