Gilmore Oil company is staging an
official economy run for women
drivers exclusively. The run this
year, will be from Los Angeles to
Wrightwood mountains, a distance
ot 200 miles by a circuitous route
down the coast and thence Into the
mountains.

recent accident. Mr. Pamber was
hurt a week ago. when a falling
tree threw him against an ax caus
ing him to receive a deen cut on
the arm. Six years ago Mr. Bam
ber was in an accident in which
both of his legs were broken and
other lniurles received. He is a
brother of LeVerne Bamber of this
city.
