Many People Enjoy Guild Pancake and Waffle Supper Wednesday St. George's Guild or the Kpisco pal church enjoyed a most sue ceasful pancake and waffle sup per on Wednesday night at the Parish house. A large number or people were served by the com nii'tee in charge of the supper. Mrs. Willard Johnson, president of tho Guild, was general chair man. The Guild Is now planning to give a second pancake and waffle supper following Kaster and will also sponsor a bridge luncheon on April 2ti. Rules for the con test have been mailed to teachers throughout the couuty and speak ers have appeared betore many of the larger schools. In addition to the prizes offered by the state de partment of the auxiliary, Umpqua unit Is giving six prizes to pupils in Dougias county; three prizes to be awarded to pupils lh Hoseburg city schoolB and three prizes to be awarded io other schools through out the county.
