IT takes a good movie to please every theatre goer, hut "Seven Keys to I laid pate," w hich opened at the An Hera last night, had very few critics. This is Richard IHx's newest talking production and it's a dandy. To review the plot would spoil the thrill fur thoe who go to the Antlers today and tomor row. It Is enough to say that there Isn't a root, of the tilm that isn't interesting. It's a mystery pic ture and a genuine "meller drain er," ho "melodramatic" in fact that it is good comedy. The producers bragged consid erably about the effect of a new voice on the talking screen. They referred to the north wind, which is filmed with great effective ness In this picture. Throughout the greater part of the picture this voice Is heard and it certainly adds realism to the mid-winter) night's mysterious doings around a deserted resort high on a lone ly mountain.
