Find ing of the unclothed body of a wo man on the bank of the Columbia river, apparently about 40 years old, was reported here by Coroner W. V. Vannote. On rec ommendation by the slate parole board Governor Fierce yesterday granted a conditional pardon to Belle Uoldtrip, who la serving two sentences of three years each in the atate penitentiary for arson and grand larceny.
