Bandy, spied upon by her sister when she meets Timmy, a boyhood admirer, in the romantic Spanish garden of their Santa Barbara home, la cen sured by her mother. He emphasized thq Idea that good publicity was vitalizing to any organization or movement, and that poor publicity was just as I devitalizing. Ho urged chairmen j of committees to report all pro- i feedings to the publicity commit tee, so that such proceedings might be given due and proper publicity.
