Twenty-nine of the 43 colonies established by the I'MeMine Foun dation Fund (Keren Hayesod) dur ing this period, were built on laud purchased by the Jewish National Fund. T dec orations were complete and dainty; the music was appropriate and well 1 rendered, ami the sermon was very good. June 19, the week's doinus came to a grand finale in the graduating ex ! erclses at the Grange hall. The , ball was tasteliilly decorated ih flags, bunting and flowers. The music and other ex-'reises were excellent Altogether, it was the bst com mencement ever staged In Looking Glass. The visit of the governor and his Inspiring speech will long be remembered by the biggest au dience ever assembled in S.ie Grange hall here.
