ROSEBURG NEWS-REVIEW, WEDNESDAY. JUNE 10, 1925. THREE MRSJIWELLTO The body of Mr. S. P. McDowell, who passfd away at the borne of her son. Walter D. McDowell, ln Portland. Monday, arrived here this morning accompanied by her son. Mrs. McDowell had been 111 lor the past two years and was lo cated ln Portland with her son, no Inn there from Capitol Hill. She formerly resided in this city, and is well known here. She and her bus band went to Capitol Hill in 1901 to locate. Mrs. McDowell was a member of the Maccabee Lodge, having entered It ln 1902, and was highly esteemed. The funeral aery Ices will be held at the Oak Creek church at 10 o'clock Thursday morning. Key.
