Senator Hall Visits Senator Charles Hall was an ar rival here Tuesday from Coos Bay, an dwas an overnight guest at the Grand Hotel. Senator Hall left this morning for Medford to transact business. On Way South Mrs. O. T. Hanley, of Whlttler, California and Mrs. J. G. Home of Portland, were visitors here yester day. They are motoring to Whit tier, where Mrs. Home will visit at past few months. Mock Circus at ElKarOso There will be a mock circus held at Elgarose school Friday evening. It will consist of a main performance of circus arts and several side shows besides ice cream and lunch counter and fish pond. A small admission fee will be charged. Back From Portland Miss Alice Mahn and Mrs. How ard Carnes. who have been visit ing in Portland for a short time, have returned to this city. Miss' Mnhn was accompanied by her sister, Mrs. Claude Plaster of Cottage Grove. Alaska Dog Team Goes Through The Alaska dog team, with Its leader, which successfully carried typhoid serum to Nome this winter, passed through this city yesterday evening on Number 15. They are on their way. with the owner, to Hollywood, where they are under contract for a moving picture con cern. Announce Arrival of Son Mr. and Mrs. J. E. Sawyers today received announcements of the ar rival of a son, John Robert, to Mr. and Mrs. John V. Rast at Washing ton, D. C. Mr. Rast is Mrs. Sawyers' brother, and Is well known here.
