Present Skit
An assembly was held Monday
afternoon at the high school at
3:40 o'clock, at which time the
members of the cast of "The Wish
ing Well," gave a skit from the
operetta. The glee clubs, under
the direction of Miss Hazeltlne,
have made good progress, and the
operetta promises to be an Inter
esting and entertaining production.

ance of the German-Polish conven
tion Hi med In Vienna last August,
the German government has in
vited those persons domiciled In
Germany who declared preference
for Polish nationality to leave
German territory before August 1,
with the alternative of expulsion
by force. .
The Polish authorities and so
cial organizations have made all
preparation to receive these re
patriated persons, who number
several thousands.
