the king. The speech reiterated
the deep regret felt by the Egyp
tian government for the assassina

Britain which had been affected by
the Incident, again were becom
ing those of habitual friendship
and understanding the speech said.

wealthy women ' of Los Angeles
were instantly killed and three men
seriously injured early today when
the automobile In w hich they were
returning from San Diego crashed
into a culvert, overturned and burn
ed in Telegraph road near Nor
walk, 17 miles east of here.
The dead are Mrs. O. H. Miller
of Hollywood, 85 years of age, and
Mrs. Marjorle Pike Chessman, 27
years of age. Both were wives of
brokers here.

W. I. Chessman, husband of one
of the victims, were seriously
