Mrs. Arm rind Stlener, a former
resident of Roseburg, visited in the

Stlener was formerly here In part

Fire Department Called
The fire department was called
out last night for a flue fire at
the Hash rooming house on East
Douglas street. No damage wns
done by the fire.
Divorce Granted
A decree of divorce was grant
ed today to Cordelia V. Neas from
J. H. Neas by Judge Hamilton, on
the grounds of cruel and Inhuman
treatment. Mra. Neas was repre
sented by Attorney J. O. Wntsou.
Mrs, Dolun Improving
Mrs. James Dolan, who has
been confined to her bed for the
past two weeks, and who has been
severely ill for the paHt severnl
days, is reported as much better
today.
