Seely and son Hall, who have been spending the past few days In Portland, visiting and on business matters, returned to this city late yesterday afternoon. They made the trip by motor. Here From Oakland In this city for a few hours yes terday from the northern part of the county was Jack Chenoweth. Mr. Chenoweth was here attending to business affairs and visiting with friends. He returned to his home at Oakland In the afternoon. Visitors From Riddle Mr. and Mrs. E. W. Crultt spent the day here yesterday visiting with friends and attending to busi ness matters. Visiting Mrs. Shields- Mrs. Lowell Roach is spending a few days In this city visiting with her sister, Mrs. B. F. Shields. Mrs. Roach Is a resident of Eugene. She formerly lived in this city and has many friends here. To Visit Week End Roland Schwartz arrived here to day from Corvallls, where ho Is at tending (). A. They expect to return to this city Sunday. Leaving For East J. II. Wood, a resident of this city for a number of years, will leave Sunday for the east. Mr. Wood will visit at different point".
