The term which started yesterday Is the hardest and busiest meeting of the court dur ing the entire year as at this time It is necessary for the court to se lect the Jurymen for the year, the rond patrolmen for the various dis tricts, make changes in road dis trict boundaries, and take up num erous other matters of impor.'arce. During today delegation from all parts of the county appeared be fore the court with matters per taining to district changes, new boundaries, changes In putrnliueu and supervisors and proposed road work. All during the day delegations fcl lowed each other In rapid ord-r, presenting their respective propo sitions, w hich the county court took under advisement for future action. A large delegation from Eden bower and the territory lying be tween the city and the country club appeared and asked that the ro'lli'y continue die pa.-iiig ot the road thntimh Kdenhewe.-, the particular section now in question lying ;i.m the end of the present p:,in to the top of the hill on the new grado constructed last year. The road has been graded at a great expense, and at the present lime the surface is in very poor condition. It is desired to have paV ing laid to the top of the hill. As the court is Interested at this time in boundary changes and the appointment of patrolmen and su pervisors, the cane was continued over until Saturday, when it will be taken up again by the court. Among those who appeared to ask for the paving were W. A. Burr, Fred llonebrake, Charles and Theodore Hurst, Joe Harvey, R. L. .Giles, John Marks, Will Curry. Uelle Curry, J. M. Cracroft, Max Penny.
