Mr. Hurd spoke very highly of the prospects of the new North Pacific Cooperative Prime Kx i ban Re. He stated that it was be ing organized by men experienced in handling prunes. Hince no ef fort was being made to extend tho organization beyond those units that were organ'red or in process of organization, that he expected to see the exrhance pass through its first year with a creditable showing and that following this that it would receive the suiqtort of the c rowers to Ibe point that it would eventually bo a controlling factor in the market.
