Three killings had been charged to Vldrine but tn every In stance there was not sufficient evi dence to convict him. The state learned that Vidrlne met Wiggins on a highway and ask ed him to lend him his auto. Upon refusal he shot Wiggins to death. Two crimes of a similar nature have been charged to the man.
