The Umpqua harbor has been definitely adoptee a government project, the people in that vicinity have been given in undrstfind, Mr. Austin Bays, and future appropriations will in clude that harbor.- The whole coun ty Hhould get behind the movement to Improve the Umpqua harbor, he states, for it is of much benefit to the entire county.
