been on a trip of Inspection. Mr.
Neal states that the cattlemen are
losing very heavily becaile of the
bad weather. The range is covered
with snow and the cattle are dying
because of lack of proper feeding
grounds and shelter. Few of the cat
tlemen had provided food for their
stock as they had anticipated the us
ual open winter.
