The aouthern Irish piii-liunienl toduy unanimously approved the lrili.-h peace treaty. Tho De Valera faction waa absent. Tho parliament elecfed a provisional government headed by Machael Col lins. Urlffilh who declined the office of the provisional government, presided at today's meeting. At the conclus ion he said the provisional govern ment will now assume the power to carry out the treaty terms.
