SCARFS AND BODY SCARFS.
COATS-
made of Hudson seal, trimmed in marten, skunk, beaver, fitch, squir
rel, raccoon, Australian opossum and plain. We will have a large line
of AUSTRALIAN seal, French seal, Japanese mink. Russian wolf and
coney coats, plain and trimmed, all of which have been designed to
meet the most exacting customei's requirements.
COATEES
will be 'shown In squirrel, mole, Jap mink and Hudson seal.
CAPES
are strong In demand and will be shown in mink, Jap mink, squirrel,
mole, Hudson seal and other rare furs. ,
BODY SCARFS
will be the strongest In foxes and we will show them In battleship
gray, dove, gunmetal, Loretta, M aurlce, liberty blue, georgette, taupe,
baum, marten, black, Jap cross, red foxes, lynx, Canadian wollV rac
coon, skunk, Russian wolf and other varieties.

Highest Mountain In Idahe.
Hyndtnan peak Is the only named
mountain In Idaho that rises above
12.000 feet. It stands near the
Blaine-Custer county line and has a
height of 12,078 fret. There are, how
ever, several unnnmed pettks near
Hyndmnn peak whose elevations are
greater than 12,000 feet, as shown by
the contours on the Halley topographic
map, published by the United States
geological survey.

Music Club Has
Opening Meeting
The Monthly Music club of Rose
burg held Its opening meeting Tues
day evening, October 12th. Mrs.
William Bell, president of the club,
called the meeting to order and in
troduced Miss Helen Moore, musical
director of the Roseburg schools,
who led the club In community sing
ing for one half hour. Then followed
the business session, at which time
Dr. Brumfield explained how t he
club and the Roseburg high school
students had jointly sponsored the
bringing during the winter to our
city a most excellent lyceura course.
After the business meeting Mrs.
R. M. Brumfield announced the splen
did program which bad been ar
ranged, and was as follows:
