W llbur recently, the auto being
turned over resulting In damage of
about $100, haa retained the services
of an attorney and will probably In
stitute suit against the driver of the
truck. He says there was plenty of
room for the truck to peas and that
the accident was caused by the care
lessness of the truck driver. Mr.
Crockett and his wife will leave soon
for Windsor, California.
