R Luse Co., i2 acres of laud southwest of town on which he will erect a residence and make his future-home. Mr. and Mrs. Court ney arrived here last Monday from California, Bwhere they recently spent several weeks. Both have visited Sutherlln Valley on several occasions, and were most favorably impressed with Its location, climate and future prospects.
