Chapman, on Buckhonr Creek, thus avoiding three bad hills. The road has been surveyed and the dam ages assessed at $1800, which sum many of the petitioners think Is Ion high. They argue that the road Is badly needed and tho change should be made, but think the property through which It runs is not damaged to the amount stated.
