Appear 'ng in behalf of Jennings and Khoades, Attorney O. P. Coshow tiled a demurrer, and Attorneys Card well and Watson, representing the other defendants, will do like wise this afternoon. In his argu ment before the court, Mr. Coshow contended that the Sunday closing statute Is unconstitutional In Hint it Is class legislation, discriminating against persons engaged in the same Hun of business. Mr. Coshow also attacked the wording of the charge. The demurrer to he filed by Cardwoll & Watson wilt be practically uloup the same lines.
