It will be preoeded by a parade In the city proper, starting at s . m., sharp, and made up of the Koseburg Hand, the militia, liberty car, fraternal floats, citizens, plug uglies, etc. Im mediately after the parade, the scene of festivities will be shifted to the fair grounds, where the remainder of the morning will be occupied with patriotic exercises. In the afternoon, at the race track, there will be a number of entertaining speed events. Interspersed with selections by the band.
