The moving Picture Illustrated Con
cert given at the M. E. church lust
evening again demonstrated its enter
taining powers to a largo audience; In
fact, the church did not begin to ac
commodate the crowd that came, and
many were turned away. Of the various
views displayed were many charming
sylvan spots along the Columbia river,
the golden glow of summer Bunsets
upon broad expanse of rue i tic wators,
together with peaceful pastoral scenes
with tho evening sky lighted up with
the soft, indescribable tints of tho set
ting sun painted upon lleecy clouds.
There were also vivid realistic kineto-
scope views of notable scenes attending
the coronation coromonios of King Kd- 1
ward, others depicting the humorous
phase? of life, sacred art, pathos and
tragedy, in fact a melange of amusing,
entertaining and inst ructive demonstra
tions well worth double the price of
admission. Kuirene (Oregon) liegistor.
