Another thrilling report from the recent heavy storm along the coast is brought by the steamer Centennial, which has just arrived here. After being much delayed by a snowstorm, the Texas delegation to the National Live stock convention finally reached here last night to join in the deliberations. The sessions today were most interest ing. The day's program opened at 9:30 a. m. with innsic by orchestra and was followed by consideration of reso lutions. At 10 a. m. began live-minute addresses from members of the execu tive committee on livestock conditions in their several states and territories, Short addresses were alf made by representatives of the various markets in the great selling comers of the country, including Chicago, Kansas City, ( maha National Stock Yard, St. Joseph, Sioux City, Ft. Worth, Indian apolis, St. Paul, Cincinnati, Pittsburg, Denver and Portland. ENOltMOUS PALL IM PUICKS. Just before noon the annual report of Secretary Chas. F.
